An Authentic B&B in  Paulilatino

The San Teodoro district, where we are located, is the vibrant heart of the small town of Paulilatino. It is known for its traditional low houses made of black basalt stone, with vine-covered pergolas climbing their walls — the trigas, from which we take our name. In the evenings, locals still gather outside to enjoy the cool air and chat, creating an atmosphere of genuine hospitality. The name Trigas evokes a sense of community — a thread of vine leaves connecting homes and people, inviting conviviality.

Our three rooms are located in a late 19th-century building, part of a small family-run guesthouse. When the weather is nice, we serve breakfast in the charming inner courtyard, under the shade of a century-old fig tree, next to the “oven room,” where our family’s old wood-fired oven still stands.
